Recently, it has came to our attention that Owen Business company is using the Eyesonic brand name to resell non-Eyesonic products.

Owen Business is no longer an Eyesonic customer and has no business relationship with Eyesonic. However, they are selling non- Eyesonic products to customers by using our brand name without permission. As a result, we are not providing any technical support or warranty for Owen Business customers or for any products that were purchased from Owen Business company. In fact, we are not selling any of our products to Owen Business and allow them to be resold . Also, we are prepared to take any and all steps necessary to enforce its intellectual property rights.
